Arena REIT announced the entry into voluntary administration following notifications about the status of the childcare group came in.
Advisory firm KordaMentha was chosen as administrator for Edge Early Learning. Administrators have begun oversee the running and financial situation of the childcare provider. Arena REIT No 1 got formal notice about the administration. The entry into administration leaves 70 childcare centres facing uncertainty while KordaMentha oversees the process.
