Israeli attacks targeted Gaza again. Medics say five people died. Two were children. An additional report indicates 21 others suffered wounds. A panel of specialists for Gaza made 71 plans to fix things. The plan requires Israel to say yes first. So far, thousands of bodies have been found from the ruins. The UN estimates in its analysis this number is likely understated. Many more remain buried.
