Michael Taaffe received his first NFL start. He walked off with his first career interception. The Miami Dolphins rookie safety picked off Kirk Cousins after the break. Taaffe started at safety with Zayne Anderson. Dante Trader Jr. was left out of the starting group. The interception arrived on the opening possession after halftime. It gave Miami the ball on the opening possession of the half. Kirk Cousins later threw his third touchdown. That put them up 24-13 on the scoreboard. Taaffe's takeaway was the rookie's maiden NFL interception of his career.
