SpaceX carried out a Starlink mission early on Aug. 25. The rocket flew as planned. It was the 37th time for that Falcon booster, setting a new rocket reuse record. The flight was the 100th Falcon 9 launch of 2026. Early morning viewers expected to observe a jellyfish effect overhead. Spaceflight Now and Space streamed live coverage of the event.
SpaceX also intended to reveal its Louisiana plans on Aug. 25. Elsewhere, NASA mounted its next star space telescope aboard a Falcon Heavy rocket. That launch is set for Aug. 30.
