Public health officials in Massachusetts have reported three new human cases of West Nile virus. State health officials have increased the risk rating to high in Milton and Quincy. More than a dozen communities are now considered high risk. Meanwhile, a a highly transmissible cat virus has been found at the Sangamon County Animal Center.
